When I get a 10 years Chinese permanent residency how many periods of years I could live outside of China?

Can I renew my 10 years Chinese PR card outside of China? Cause I want to live in Canada and USA for my health benefits. When I leave chinese for longer periods of time do u think that they will cancel out my permanent residency?
