i need help losing weight any suggestions ?
I am a 175 lb 14 year old girl. My height is 5'5. I want to gain at least 125-135. To at least gain a much smaller stomach and not be made fun of, so heres my dieting and excersising plan! --- is it healthy if i eat fruits,protein,vegetables,and alot of water each day ? running a mile each day, and would doing zumba 1 hour each day help me lose weight? If i add eggs in the diet will it help me lose or will i gain weight? Helppp ( answer below please )
