Is Talia Castellano dead/dying?

It's a horrible question to ask because she's so... "looked up to" but is it true? Instagram, twitter, facebook are spammed with stuff about her dying but I can't find any information ANYWHERE? Please give me a detailed answer if it's possible. This girl is my idol. :(
