I'm 14, am I still growing?

I'm a bout to turn 15 in a couple weeks but I was wondering if I'm still growing because I'm only 5'7 1/2 and I want to be at least 6 feet tall but the thing is I have facial hair already and my legs are really hairy and I'm starting to grow hair on my stomach too, whats happening to me, is this normal
