Is it shallow to make my ex see me in a bikini?

We were together all through autumn winter I cared deeply for him and helped him through hard time. I went a way on family matter for few weeks a d he cheated on me. He always said he loved my body and wouldn't mind seeing me in a bikini I am going to the beach where he lives and have bought one to wear is it shallow or ridiculous if I want him to see me in it. He hurt me badly I cried so much fir him and now I feel this is a kind of therapy for me My friends think I should.
