i cant remember this song?

i can remember the tune but not the lyrics which isnt helpful. but it went somthin like i will not stand alone with fingers tht was like the chorus to the song. its weird i know. its like a country sort of song a bit like the songs made by dire straits, i remember it on the radio about 2-3 years ago. if you know please tell me thanks
