My Career mode in NBA 2k13 glitch?

Early in the season I got into an argument with the GM about the coach and he put me on the trading block, I then got the option to ask the GM to take me off the rumor mill and he ends up apologizing for shopping me after the conversation and then says he'll take me off, after every 2 games I keep getting placed on the trading block and get the option to talk to him about the rumor mill every time, is anyone having this problem?
