Hip pain in teenager?

So I'm almost 15 and a girl and I play high school volleyball and after that I plan on doing Club. For some reason my right hip is causing me pain, mainly when running and after I've been leaning on it and switch to my other leg, if that makes any sense lol. I have a tournament tomorrow and I'm gonna tell my coach because it started on...Monday I believe. I'm just wondering if anyone has ever experienced this and/or knows of a possible cause. Thanks.
