A movie's name I can't remember.?

When I was 7-8 years-old or something, I watched a movie that I can't remember the name of. It's about a man that suffers from an explosion during his young son's baseball-match. The explosion gives him supernatural powers, he also get's invulnerable, at one point, he went to an insurance-company and told the guy behind the desk that he would live forever and didn't any insurance or something, the man behind the desk just laughed. There's one thing att can harm the man, and it's the darkness, it's like the green kryptonite on Superman. Please help me find this movie :(
