Can someone improve my workout routine?

This is what I do each day: Lift weights during commercial breaks and when the baby is sleeping (5lbs) Walk about 4km a day (2.5 miles) And I do this whenever my baby is sleeping: Exercises: Do everything 10 times. Squats Jumping Jacks (You will pee your pants) Walking lunges (2 walks) Raising your arms and legs while laying on your stomach Crunches Alternating crunches (10 on each side) Pushups (begin on knees) Go onto hands and knees, lift left leg, right hand (alternate) (10 on each) Backwards crunches (moving legs towards your abs)
