How to install/copy games from PC to PS3 Hard-drive?

I have PS3 HDD 160 GB and i have 46 games in it. To play some more i downloaded some new games in my PC from random websites, but i dont know how to install them in my PS3. Is there a way, help me out. Thanx in advance :)
