Anyone got suspended on ebay?

Hi all! I got suspended on ebay earlier! and they won't allow to reinstate my account anymore! are there any other ways to create a new account without being restricted or suspend? or can anyone suggest website I can sell my used clothes, items etc? Thank you!!
